Brad Zitzner was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio and moved to Springfield in 1998. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wittenberg University where he received many undergraduate awards including Phi Beta Kappa. Brad is very hardworking and is dedicated to serving you. Brad and his team specialize in residential and investment properties. With much experience in foreclosures, he has a good knowledge of rehab houses. As a partner with a national mortgage company Brad lists many foreclosed properties. If you are interested in investment properties or rental properties, give him a call.
